About Us
Aaron Jones Rallying is an amateur run rally team based in South-Wales. We have been rallying for just over 9 years with many full seasons under our belt. The team and car are run by ourselves, where we organise everything all year to make the season run as smooth as possible and be as competitive as possible, gaining lots of experience at every event we take part in.
Aaron Jones
Team Driver
Aaron is a 26 years old and has been racing/rallying from the age of 13. Since he was a young boy Aaron has always followed and wanted to become a rally driver. This was made a reality in 2013 when he entered his first event. Since then he has been hooked by the speed and control required to drive a rally car fast.
Aaron is currently a Senior Civil Engineer with a local government authority.
He hopes to persue and make rallying a long term career.
Supporters/Friends
Over the years a number of friends and supporters have helped the team with anything from advice to helping hands on events. This support is vital and we thank everyone who has been part of the rally journey, the list of people to thank is long but we like to take particular attention to Pit Stop Garage, Wilo Tyres, DemonTweeksMotorsport and Powermaxed.
Without the help of Aaron's supporters and friends the team would not be able to compete at all!
Owen Evans
Co-Driver
Owen is a very experienced co-driver which given he is only 25 years old this shows his true commitment to rallying as a sport. Owen has worked with the team to a podium finish on the BTRDA and Welsh Tarmac rounds we complete on. For 2023 he will be sitting alongside Aaron for the full Welsh tarmac Championship, King of Epynt and some overseas/PR events.
This year Owen is hoping to work along with Aaron to build up a good championship result and gain experience within the team at the same time.
We are looking forward to a great year of the pairing competing together!
Maesteg & District Motorclub
All members of MDMC come out to each event where they assist the Aaron Jones Rallying team in any work and PR needed throughout the year on the car.
The support team is a vitial part of the rally team where they can offer help with PR support and general moral boost within the team. Helping us promote sponsors and attract new is another role they play with us.
Service Crew!

No rally team would ever finish a rally without a service crew! We are no different we have a dedicated team of mechanics who are all volunteers that we bring to each rally that make sure the car runs in top condition.
Any running repairs from damage on stages to mechanical failures are taken car of by our service crew, on more than one occasion there has been a problem with the car that without there help we would not of been able to finish the rally.
